Sundays
On Sundays we meet at the Sharnbrook Upper School, 6th Form Centre. Our meetings start at 10.30am, and last for about an hour and a quarter, with tea, coffee and biscuits afterwards.
There is time spent in worship and prayer, and a talk based on a passage from the Bible. There is a crčche and activities for the children. Our meetings are accessible, relevant and informal.
Basing what we do on the Bible we are focused on Jesus - his death for us on the cross, his resurrection, and the new life we can have by believing in Him.
Sunday School
Children are very welcome at our Sunday morning meetings and are encouraged to be involved in the interactive children’s talks. They then head out to Sunday School or crčche as appropriate.
JC’s Club
JC’s club is open to all children in years 1-4. The club meets at John Gibbard Lower School every Tuesday from 3.20 to 4.30 during term-time. The aim of JC’s is to teach children about the Bible through activities such as singing, games, quizzes, craft and
Bible stories.
6.45er’s
6.45er’s is a club for children in years 5-8, meeting on alternate Monday’s in term time from 6.45 until 8.15 at Odell Village Hall. The club follows a varied programme including climbing, canoeing, crafts, games and trips. It is run on Christian principles with Christian teaching included.
Christianity Explored
Christianity Explored is an informal course for people who'd like to investigate Christianity, or just brush up on the basics. It explores who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him.
